ok long story short i have a very bad habit of eating when im bored or stressed and it got to the point where if i saw something good i would unthinkingly eat it. Obviously i have gained alot of weight through this and i have just recently started to address this issue and start losing weight but i have been struggling to break these habits and just as i get started a friend of mine died in a car crash and now im back to stress eating and drinking. Im trying to get over it and all that kind of stuff but it completely restarted all my old habits just as i was starting to break it. So i was wondering when you see that candy bar or a slice of pizza what do you do so you dont eat it when you really want to?

The Captn' is a half retarted Jew, He is a Mod in anything goes because of his fucked up thought process. Its not like he is a mod in a quality of life section like diet or aas. But is definitly needed to ass rape fools like J4CKT. He is the light of anything goes and will guide us to the promise land of debauchery, tranny diddleing and closet gheyness.

For a case as bad as yours I recommend Vagisil! The more you use the better the results!
I love getting high, I hate getting low, and I like to drive my truck down a muddy dirt road.
I'm a great believer in luck and I find that the harder I work, the more I have of it.

Here's what I do: prepack your food and bring it with you. You get hungry, eat something you packed - anything.
Thing is, when it's gone, it's gone. You don't get any more, so it has to last. And if you eat something that's not in the bag, something IN the bag has to go.
For me the other day I had some chocolate. That cost me an ounce of walnuts, and walnuts make me feel full; chocolate makes me want more chocolate. But I still kept to my calories for the day so I'm fine. I just felt a little hungrier than normal that day. No biggie. Nothing I couldn't survive. But enough to act as a deterrent so I don't do it often.

Set a goal, like losing two pounds per week or one pound per week. Had my weekly weigh-in and that motivated me not to cheat (other than my scheduled cheat meal).
Thinking of my before pic and wanting to move away from that fat f**K.
Built has the right idea, as usual. Whenever I eat crap, I always think about how much real food that just cost me. Food is fuel. I'm bulking and eating like 7000+ calories right now, and I still get hungry.
Well always have good food in the refrigirator ... and stuff you like to eat.. ex: well prepared fresh salad, Grilledchicken breasts, smoked salmon, shrimps, tuna salad, ...etc
Always have a bottle of water besideyouso you can drink whenever you feel like filling yourself ... alo sometimes diet soda, I smoke cigarrettes but that's not a good idea .. well someone said jerking off but that will make you even more hungry, also take multivitamins daily, lack of vitamins is one of the reaons of being hungry, also always have some motivatin pictures on your computer to make you regret cheating, one last thing, track your food regularly whenever you eat it add to the calorie tracker...
