my new diet is not "agreeing" with my body(don't really wanna post the details) but will it get used to it? or should i stop my diet for a couple days till my body gets back to normal and then start again?

It depends what your doing, alot of dietary changes must either be slow, or else sometimes yes they will affect you. Lots of olive oil increase for people trying to gain weight can marry you to the toilet if you dont increase intake slowly, as an example.
