    Another reason to love Mcdonald's

    Very interesting

McDonald’s Happy Meal resists decomposition for six months | The Upshot Yahoo! News - Yahoo! News

As a counter point, there's no explanation for why it does that.

Irregardless, McDonald's seriously needs to be put out of business. They should be outlawed, it'll never happen. But the food they serve and what they and every other fast food place are doing to America by serving this kind of food is wrong. Save our fat kids. For real.

Boycott McDonald's. Even if it's two in the morning and your smashed drunk.

I agree.. Its scary how people develop sort of an addiction to fast food and pass it on to their children. I'm expecting my first child in decemeber and will attempt to make him or her hate this sort of lifestyle.

    I saw that today.....unbelievable

    and I agree with you

McDonald's does need to be put out of business, it's only causing harm to society by all the health problems it that are occurring due to the dangers of the food they serve

How about people just be more responsible for there actions.

If I want to eat mcpukes I will. If I want to drink I will. If I want to take Tylenol for a headache I will.

I do totally understand that side of the equasion. that is true, but on the same hand McDonalds sells absolute and total shit for food. No nutritional value what so ever, there few alternatives are some overly topped salads high in calories. They have such a enormous share in the market of food. Them and other fast food companies should try to start making healthier substitutions available. Wheat buns, grilled chicken, vegetables instead of fries. Something! They are like drug dealers and could careless what they're doing to all these people.

What the f*** man, they make a burger that doesn't decompose and market it to children. Something is not right with that food.
It just bothers me that they don't mind both helping cause and profiting from a public health crises.

Bottom line- there food is crap. Don't eat it.

The price of freedom is that you have to watch McDonald's poison America. The type of thinking that makes drugs and steroids illegal comes from the same place that thinking fast food should be banned. Don't fall into the trap, or you will be a hypocrite.

Nothing a bowl or three of broccoli won't clear out.

They have wheat buns and grilled chicken, apple slices, a pinch of veggies. Its MD's. There model is to sell low cost great tasting food. It's other's model whether or not they want to educate their family and friends as to dietary choices. If MD's needs to go one can find reasons for just about any company to go.

As long as they don't take my Carl's Jr. away from me. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. Throw in a vanilla milkshake, if I'm feeling really wild. I love cheat meals.

Good luck. In fact, good luck banning the place period. I haven't eaten any fast food in over three months, but I'm sure it's still not hurting business.

I haven't eaten fast food in over 5 years. not fighting the man, i just don't like it. and when my son was growing up i would limit him to once every two weeks, and everytime i got it for him i told him that this shit will give you cancer. today he is 19 and rarely eats fast food. maybe not the best parenting, but it worked.

That is the problem that I feel that I am going to be facing... I used to eat fast food once a day, but three years ago I stopped that. Now I may have a burger if I'm on vacation and I have no choice. These places market their products to bring in children. My wife and I are having a baby in December and I don’t want my child to fall into this category. I believe that people have sort of an addiction to this food and develop a dependency for it. Cheap and convenient

If you look at thier marketing strategy, its all aimed at your kids. shreck glasses and action figures. you just have to stand your ground when your kid 4 or 5 and up. Wendy's an B.K. are probelby the best.

yeah. they start you young. and its cheap. and its convienent. business model is flawless. just wish i had the money to open a fast food restaurant that catered to a healthy life style.

Look, I'm not gonna lie. I eat fast food more than i should. but it was really shocking to see a burger set out for 6 months and look just like it did when they made it. it didn't decompose. WTF!? thats not natural. even more reason to stay away from it.

    GO RANGERS!!

I've seen this before some time ago. Someone posted a video on youtube and it got some media attention as well.

Honestly all the food we eat in America is shit in general. Its all full of preservatives. Go to Europe where its fresh and you'll lose pounds like it was nothing. In Europe they shop for the day, in America we shop for the week. That says something.

McDonald's does have the best salads in the fast food sector though. Southwest chicken... mmmmm

it's the parents fault, as ultimately all good and bad habits start in the home. children are not born with a sense of self or what's important in life they model themselves after the parents and if the parents do not value the importance of following a healthy diet then neither will the children. children with bad habits turn into adults with bad habits and the cycle continues when they reproduce.
