That is probably a question you should be asking your massage therapist.


A pro BB advised me to get a deep tissue massage regularly and to make sure that I separate the massage as far away from the workout as possible as it does have a negative effect on recovery and makes you sore as hell therefore it has the potential to ruin your next workout.
