    Help!

I have always tried to take care of my body, but only in the last 6 months have I properly tried to get lean and build muscle.

I eat fairly well - 5 small meals a day, plenty of chicken, tuna, pasta, rice etc but would really appreciate some proper dietary advice. Also, does anyone know where i can buy my foods in bulk but at a good price? Thanks

Dont be afraid of fats: almonds, walnuts, cashews, Natural PB, EVOO, Mac Oil

Get some red meat and eggs in there also.

Places to buy bulk: SAMS, Costco

A friend recommended a site called Westin Gourmet for buying meat in bulk - anyone heard of them? Think they've been reviewed by the Guardian a few times...

I like to buy my chicken at M&M's meat shop, when they go on sale you get like 10piece of boneless skinless chicken breast for 12.99
