    where can you buy ready made protein shakes?

    just looking for a site that sells a decent 50g per serving ready made shake, anyone no?

    your best bet is to find either a local place or a online retailer closer to England, going to pay a hefty shipping price for liquids due to the weight as compared to powedered supps

    yh the metrx rx rtds 55 look good, just rather expensive

    just because it would make life much easier with work, and i take 3 a day and dont go home until after i would have needed to consume them.

    What does going home have to do with it?

    Just get three plastic shaker cups, toss the powder into each of them, put the lids on and bring them with you.

    Add the water when you need to drink one.

    What part of this am I missing? The solution seems too simple.
