    Newbie to Cutting!

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Tiffany. I recently lost 35 lbs to reach my goal weight, and am in the process of "cutting" to try and get some serious muscle definition.

I am 5'3", weigh 140 lbs, and have 21% bf. I recently started working with a trainer and am lifting 2 days a week and doing a ton of cardio.

Anyone have suggestions for cutting? Do any supplements help? I am new to this, but am VERY dedicated to my goal. I am open to all suggestions!

    Thanks!!!

Cutting is all about diet first, training second, supplements third.

What are you currently taking and eating ?

I know you posted this in the diet section, and welcome to IM, but could you post your training, goals and how many grams of carbs, fat and protein you take in? Might want to include your height, weight and years of experience in weight training.
