    Water retention

is higher at summer or winter ?? I mean shall you weigh few more pounds of water during winter (cause you are not losing much water during sweating) or at summer (cause you tend to sweat alot so the body will store excess water to be able to compensate and decrease the body temperature)??

Assuming the same diet, trainimg and habits, is generally higher in winter..
But season are not the major factor in water retention.

Because water retention could be mainly controlled with diet and water intake..
    Independently from the season.
