    Turkey Meatballs

    I been using these and chicken as my main protein source,
    How do they stack up?

    2 Meatballs; Calories: 100, Total Fat: 4g, Carbs: 5g, Protein: 12g

    Trying to get leaner mostly.

    8 meatballs
    400 cals 12g fat 20g carbs 48g protein (just lookin at that carbs this seems high when I combine it with 34g of carbs from my rice)

    1 Cup Rice
    1 cup; Calories: 160, Total Fat: 1g, Carbs: 34g, Protein: 4g

    and either a garden salad of dark greens / broccoli or a fruit

    If carbs are a worry for you, reduce the rice, and increase the veggies....

    yep..or switch to a much lower GI carb like lentils, beans or barley. reducing body fat is all about manipulating the endocrine system through diet and exercise.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
