    800 calories a day?

Sorry if anyone saw this post on another forum but i just wanted to get some answers from the pro's ovehere.

Does 800 calories a day seem right for a male, weighing in at 81kg, 171cm tall and on a cutting diet??

    Will that achieve results?

If your right leg needs 800 cals, how much does your middle leg need?

I'm losing a tad bit of weight at 2650 calories per day, but only been on the diet for a short while. I'm ~231 at the moment.

65% protein, 11% carbs and 24% fat (calories not grams).
