    Perfect night time meal

    this is for a male 200lbs
    1 scoop of muscle provider (17grams)
    1 scoop ISS research Prom m3 (for people you are lactose intolerant) 17 grams
    1 scoop of 100% egg from beverly 23 grams
    1 tablespoon flax seedoil 11 grams
    1 tablespoon psyllium husk or 1/4 cup wheat bran

    if this doesnt slow ya down nothing will !!

    any comments be precaited
    57 grams protein
    12 grams fat
    7 grams fiber

    The flaxseed oil has 14 F unless you are using Udo's or whatever brand we decided had less (high lignan or something else))

    I would sub the psyllium which bloats many for flax seed meal. It will have both soluble and insoluble fiber..and a bit more fat. Trying to get that close to 15-20 F. Gr8 protein choices
