    post workout meal

    im bulking now, after the workout i eat 58g whey along with 1 1/2 tbsn flax oil and cup or rice. am i doing this correct or should drink a whey shake with sugary carbs?

    I WOULD RATHER DRINK A POST WORKOUT MEAL WITH SIMPLE CARBS AND HALF OF THE QUANTITY OF CARBS FOR WHEY PROTEIN. THEN, AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER EAT A CUP OF RICE AND 8 OZ. OF CHICKEN BREAST.
