    So many Questions

I am new at this whole Protein thing. I go to the gym regularly but I'm not seeing any results. Can some one explain when I should had protein when I should have meals. And what's a good whey protein? One without carbs and sugars? Are super whey protein shots good or bad? Muscle milk? I have two kids so mornings are very busy can I just have protein mix or is a meal better to have? I go to the gym at 8:30am. I know I'm supposedto have whey protein asap after work out/ Post work out.! But when can I eat after that and what should I eat or shouldnt I? Slow digestive foods or fast? I dont know when I should eat them? I pretty much like any foods exp fish and tuna. Someone please help me set up a good health routine for me.

Hi there Christydgal - could I trouble you to click the link in my sig on "getting started" - I'd like you to get back to me with your macros, and you'll know what that means once you've read that post.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
