Built is the resident diet guru-she'll take good care of you. I was just suggesting you should hold off on the PH cycle you said you were about to start. Good luck.
Just read through the thread and agree with the boys here. Way too early to start using PHs. You got plenty of weight to lose and it can be done naturally quite easily. Take your bodyweight and multiply it by 12 to get a base # of calories to consume daily.
At 250 lbs x 12 = 3000 calories per day. Eat about 6 times per day. 3000 / 6 = 500 calories per meal.
Eat the following foods: Eggs / egg whites, whole wheat breads, brown rice, oatmeal, tuna, chicken, steaks, fish, protein shakes, veggies, fruits, nuts.
It doesn't so much matter what you eat each meal, especially at your bf %. Most people tend to make things way more complex in terms of their dieting. Just eat clean foods and in your case consume about 3000 calories per day. Adjust as you lose weight. Once you get down to single digit bf % it becomes much harder and you will need to incorporate some more complex dieting strategies. Not at your weight though. Just pick from the list and make it about 500 calories. Don't skip meals!!!!
It's really quite simple. If you stick to that and workout 3-4 times per week religiously you will be absolutely amazed at the results you see after 2-3 months.
You probably shouldn't be juicing until you are around 10% bf or less.
Obviously you are going to do what you want, but just my .02. Hopefully that helps!

Boys and Girl....
And why 6 meals a day? Meal count amounts to a hill of beans other than personal satiety, and is WAAAY more difficult for most people to organize.
3000 calories?
Ok well there's an opinion or three.
In any event I agree, ditch the PH's and learn how to eat and lift properly. Then you can get the most bang for your buck later if you decide to use gear.
