    Weight Cutting Supps?

    Hey guys. I was wondering what you all would recommend for helping me cut some weight? Somebody told be clen is pretty good. Is he correct? Thanks for the help.

    Get your diest and cardio in check first. Cut calories by 500 and do Cardio at least 3x per week while weight training and you should drop 3-4% BF in less than a month. No magic pill(drugs included) will do anything if you are not commited to doing the work.

    Sorry for jumping in on this thread, but when do you suggest doing the cardio? On off weight lifting days? or just tack it on after your weight training?

    I warm up/down with 15-20min of cardio every weight training session. my actual "cardio" days are only and always of high intensity like HIIT cardio or Max-OT cardio. I use it as a form of active recovery on my non-weight training days
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I do 15 minutes on a bike every time I hit the gym as a total warmup. My cardio days are M/W/F. My training days vary(2 on, 1 off) so they are different days all the time.

    Here is what I do with great success:

    Wake up: Coffee, BCAA, Aderllin
    Cardio: 45 min stairmaster or incline treadmill
    Post: Need2Slin

    Then breakfast


    Works perfect for me

    i used to weight 23 stone (155kg) i decided to sort my act out and strat to loose weight. at first it was hard but the i managed (with help) to sort my diet out and eat healthy and do more exersize. i now weigh 105kg (16 stone) i found some supplements were ok but in general didn't help too much.
