    Hormones in meat and dairy

I posted this in the health forum but got no response and I know ya'll know something! So...

What's the skinny on the health risks of hormones in meat and dairy products? I was at a party the other day and the topic of how children are getting bigger(or something like that) came up and some hippie said 'yeah it's all these hormones they put in our meat.'
Are they any studies that link the added steroids in meat and dairy to making kids bigger, boobs bigger or increasing any other health risks?

They inject Estrogen and Tren in heifers....Whatever metabolites in the end product (milk, meat) arent going to survive the cooking process let alone oral consumption.

people are just bigger and reaching puberty faster because we eat WAY more than our anscestors ever did.

tell that dirty Hippie to use some deo and stfu.

The human species is evolving right before our eyes. Look at your great granddaddy, granddad, father, you and then your son. The size differences are inarguable.

rBGH and other steroid hormones are banned in just about every country except the US. tons of research out there that supports these hormones are causing early development in females along with causing other health problems

so do I, but milk is pushed so heavily in this country by the dairy industry and it's not even needed for optimum health. there isn't a lot of truly "healthy" foods available in US markets that are not tainted in some way by hormones, additives or pesticides. fucking ass holes!

From my understanding the use of hormones is not permitted in poultry and pork.

You can get foods with no add. at these whole food markets. But of course, anything that's good for you, it's pretty damn expensive.
