I'll take a stab at this.

What did you diet look like before (when you were smoking)?

What does it look like now?

Back in the day I used to smoke my vegetables as well. It took me about a month for my appetite to get back to normal. Just try to force yourself to take in more calories. Your body will bounce back... just give it time.
But on a serious note, nobody likes a quitter. Tell your employer you have priorities in life and they need to reorganize their policies. Let me know how that works out for ya.

Your appetitte will come back to normal. Loss of appetitte is a very typical withrdawal symptom of marijuana. No big deal.

Get over it. You've been smoking weed. It fucked you up. You introduced outside influences and you must wait til you recover from the imbalance you caused. Checks and balances.
