    Necessary Daily Macros

Hey guys, lately I've been feeling really down about the way I look. Back in my freshman year of highschool I was around 5% body fat, thanks to taekwondo, but after breaking my arm I had to drop my martial arts training. After my arm healed, I became extremely lazy and after 2 years of little to no exercise, I feel like I've become absolutely hideous. Now heres where you guys come in. I really want to cut down to around 5 - 10% body fat again, and I was wondering what were the necessary macros I need each day. Ive been working out for a little over 3 months now to get back into the habit, mostly weight lifting. Now, I plan to workout everyday, interchanging Cardio and Weight Lifting. I'm 5'10, and currently have 20% body fat ): If you need any more info just post down there and I'll get to you asap(:. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

Working out with weights is not a good idea IMO.I would suggest weight training 3-4 times a week,30-45 minutes fasted cardio 3 times a week and a sensible diet (1.2-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight and <1g/lb of carbs if you want to cut).

There are other diets also (carb cycling, intermittent fasting, keto diet....)
