

Okay, so I'll bite, I am sick and have been taking loads of OJ and necessary rest for 3 solid days of what I can now call "Cabin Fever!"
Could "we" discuss some simple plans and ideas which will help in future cases of those being sick? Suggestions of alternatives with liquids, supplements and/or other pills and powder(s) or liquid(s) as well food? Especially, if you are into cutting.
After I read the bottle for the OJ, I died!!!It was well over half my entire day's allowance of calories.
Training, what can you say about this while one is getting better but not fully recovered?

Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but Cabbage with a College Education.


you actually want a slight caloric excess in the diet if possible when sick this ensures the body has plenty of energy to fight illness, etc. and if you can't eat your cals there's nothing wrong with drinking them.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
