Ok folks if you are like me you spent some time out of your regular routine and may have packed it on some what. BUT! Don't look at it as a setback, look at it as the ultimate refeed and Leptin leveling! Today I am back at work, got my lunch packed, gym bag repacked and ready to start the year all over again to start hitting my second and third goals.
