I have a few points of advice for you...Keep doing what your doing until you have specific goals. In the meantime, get a few massages and add some Glutamine to your post work out regiment. If your still sore, try 400-800 mg's of Ibuprofen for no more than 2 weeks at a time (2400mg per day max). Ibuprofen is hard on your stomach/ intestines (bloat, gas and even ulcers at higher doses). if that doesn't work...take a few days off or even a week or two. Rest is your friend! Hit the jaccuzzi...Good luck!

I would start including creatine in your supplements. Creatine is known to reduce muscle soreness and make them stronger.

I great post work supplement is After Glow, which has some great ingredients which will help keep your energies up and keep the body ready for the next workout.

You can incorporate glutamine or glucosamine depending on your soreness. Some BCAA's such as Scivations Xtend may also help you recover quicker. In time you will eventually become a lot less sore, but the beginning is always tough. Your on the right track though.
