    little help please..

    Ok. so here goes

    2 creadrive shakes a day
    2 GNC 60AMP shakes a day
    1 Chicken salid with 2tbs ranch dressing 6 crackers
    1 15g protien bar
    3 hand fuls mixed nuts
    1 fruit cup like pine apples
    1 serving beef jerky
    1 coke i know i know its got to go..
    2 fish oil tabs
    1 amino tab
    1 multi vid

    so this is what i eat pretty much everyday. I work out 4 dayes a week. I have hyperthyroidism and take meds to keep it in check. looking for a little something to cut some fat becides stopping my thyroid meds??? ow and the coke LOL

    LOL. read it , sorry new to this I will try to figure out my MAC.. as far as height and weight goes im 5-6.5 and 182lbs..

    ok not sure what the fish oil is.. but its, 2002 cal, 250 carb, 138 pro, and 40g fat

    Okay, cool. Bring up the protein to at least 200g a day, and pay for it with carb calories. Double your fats.

    Yes. Avoid fructose. I personally avoid grains, because they tend to make me hungry, but others find whole grain foods filling. Figure out which one you are and proceed.

    Other than that, stick to starches. My favourites for carbs are potatoes (sweet or white), dosas (chickpea flour crepes), and white rice, but you'll find the ones that agree with you. I eat very little fruit; outside of 100g thawed frozen raspberries I toss in my yogurt, my guilty pleasure is the occasional Anjou pear (tree fruits are higher in fructose and I tend to avoid them because of this) but that's pretty much it.
