Jazz it up a bit. I assume you are on a lowfat diet, but some fat ain't a bad thing. Try 1 whole egg, 6 egg whites, 1/2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup broccoli, 4 sliced grape tomatoes, fresh ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Oh and the steak is an awesome suggestion. Walmart sells these bacon wrapped beef tenderloin filets, two for $3.77. If I recall, about 50% fat so you have to factor that in to your daily plan, but one filet is only 220 calories.... add the mixture above as the side..... heaven.

Its not healthy but a traininig partner of mine hates eating eggs. So he takes 10 egg whites and mixs in a little milk and slams it.

I usually have a isolate protein shake in the morning. I mix in some fruit and uncooked oatmeal then blend in my magic bullet for about 25 seconds. have 8 oz OJ and 3 pieces of ezekiel bread.

Then have a full meal 2 hours later.

If you can stand eggs at all, I eat 5 egg whites, 1 Al Fresco Chicken Sausage (jalapeno flavor) cut up, chopped tomatoes or broccoli scrambled together with salsa for flavor. Usually have 1 Thomas' Light English Muffin (100 calories) with one serving of Teddy Natty PB. 420 Calories for all of this (I'm cutting). Point is, salsa and chicken sausage goes a long way in flavoring an otherwise dull meal. I eat this almost daily.

Well, not sure how well this works with just eggwhites, but honestly you will NEVER EVER hate eating eggs again.

    Here is what i do:

    4 whole eggs (yolk+whites)
4 pieces of whole wheat bread

beat up eggs in a big bowl, put in some pepper, and crushed cayenne pepper.
Get 4 pieces of bread, individually break up into little pieces. Break up all 4 breads into bowl of yolk.

Mix the yolk into the pieces of bread, make sure the yolk is completely soaked in the bread, or to the best of your ability.

Get a bit of olive oil for cooking in pan, and spread around pan. Dump your yolk+bread pieces into pan, and cook on low.

Make sure the bottom does not get too brown, its better if it is just touching brown.

MAKE sure to split the making into four while it is cooking, will make flipping over A LOT easier.

Flip over in pan, and cook otherside on low. BUT make sure you get your spatula and break the bread+yolk up into small pieces. I always use the end of the flipper and break it up, makes it taste really good.

Try it if your diets allows! tastes great and basic Hopefully my instructions make sense.
