Try having some White rice. It is loaded with carbs. Also try some white enriched bread if you want pure carbs. But again these are not healthy. Its better if you stick to whole wheat and potatoes![]()

I'm lookin for good carbs to help me build mass... I know whole wheat pasta and sweet potatoes but not much past that... Your help is appreciated thanks

You can try obtaining some Muscle Milk too. I have found a cup in the morning helps a lot to bulk up. Its loaded with protein and fat too. Just FYI !
