    Amount of calories suggested

    So I signed up for fitday today and holy shit I was totally low ballin my calorie intake for today i ate 2,915 cals, 135.8 g of fat, 187.7 g of carbs, and 227 grams or protein. I'm 5,10, 193, about 12-13% BF. Other than cals how does everything else look?

    From glancing at it it looks like a decent split between carbs, protein, and fat

    Protein's ample, fat's ample, calories are smack-dab where they should be to maintain. Are you maintaining right now?

    That's not what I asked you - I asked you if you were maintaining - in other words, are you gaining any weight on this - because what you're eating is in line with what it should take you to neither lose nor gain weight. If you wish to gain, and you're not gaining, bring your calories up to about 3400-3500; if you still don't gain bring it up to 4000.
