    built i need your help

would pm you but it will not let me till i have so many post.

OK I'm so confused i have told you my goals and i am ready to achieve them but I'm getting so many different things to do from everybody.

first off on the fitness pal it is suggesting that i take in appx 2980 cal a day i am only taking in appx 1200-1500 a day but i feel fine my energy is good at least for the amount of sleep i get and during my work out i feel good but at the end i get fatigued but I'm sure thats cause I'm working out.
I'm taking in appx 30-40g of fat 75-120gcarbs and 130-150g protein (if you need to know anything else just let me know).

i am burning appx 400-600 cal a day doing cardio plus whatever i burn during my weights.

where i am getting confused is everyone is tell me I'm not taking in enough and my body is gonna burn my muscle instead of my fat and that is the opposite of what i want i am very happy with my muscle and strength and don't want to lose it.

so my question is what do you think about my intake and what do you suggest if you think i should change it.

thank you in advance for you advice and i will definitely use your advice and stick to it.

I think you have to have 20 post to send a PM. I'm sure Built will be on here before too long to answer your questions though.
