Nothing spectacular, but I have pix from about a month ago or so:

    http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...threadid=11199

If I'm at about 14% I can see the top 4 of my abs decently, intercostals etc, I would definitely like to get down to 8-10% at some point myself.

When you bulk you wish you were cutting, and when you cut you wish you were bulking

800 calories per day? Serious starvation diet, I lose weight slowly also for the most part if its fat/water, if I starve myself though I can lose muscle very quickly, I would say I could lose 5 pounds in 3 days with no cardio, and I can gain 7 pounds in 3 days if its pizza/juice etc
