I am so with you on this one. I feel I am missing out on a lot of great nutrients, but I just can't do it. I do supplement with omega's and fish oil. I am sure I am missing out on some of what I need, but something is better then nothing at all.![]()

just a thought..... i never eat any kind of fish as i simply cant eat it as i find it revolting,i understand that im missing out on important omegas and fatty oils so are there any vegetables or meats that i should be eating to replace these or should i try some omega/fish oil pills ?
i know eat fish is the simple answer but i honestly hate it.

^^^ very true , im the same cant stand fish but will take pure fish oil tabs and cod liver oil tabs etc has to be doing something

Opti3 and vPure are vegan sources of omega-3's (though not as concentrated). If you're not too strict, fish oil is a better choice.
Most alpha-linoleic acid sources have poor conversion rates to EPA and DHA (the two kinds found in fish primarily and that we want).
