    Help with diet

I really need help in starting a new diet..... for about 3 weeks i've been following a similar diet to the male cutting plan........but i was using it as a bulk diet, i just feel like i gained a little too much fat beause now my abs are going away and i gained a little fat in the lower back. I'm thiking about cutting for a little while but need some help creating a plan, something i can follow pretty well and still have a social life..heh.
I work alot during the week so its hard to cook up some meat during working hours...will canned tuna work?.........

    anywayes....

    here's my information...

    I'm 5"11
    17 years old
    165 pounds
I don't know my body fat right now...
i bench press 275 (it its relevant)
the only supplements i use are Eas Whey protein..multivitamin, and 5 g of glutamine a day......

if anyone can help me thanks! its hard to find help because none of my friends are into bodybuilding and nutrition.....thanks!

    Canned tuna will work.

If you've not been following the meal plan exactly, can you give us a quick rundown of a typical day, w/ srving sizes included. And what were you eating before you started the meal plan. If you go from eating 2 meals a day at maintenance to eating 6 a day w/ higher calories, w/ no in between, you're going to likely add fat.

At your age, rather than "bulk" or "cut", we want to think in terms of "healthy", even if you have specific goals such as adding muscle or losing BF. And part of that is finding something that fits your schedule. So give us a bit more info and we'll see if we can help

    BTW....welcome to IM

well basically im doing the same as the male cutting diet..except only 4 oz of chicken for meals #2 and #4...
    before that

ive just been eating...cereal in the morning, 4 eggs... then a tuna sandwich on wheat bread with a banana for lunch, then i would eat about 3 more meals...consisting of chicken or fish,, and some sort of potato or brown rice... i also took about 40 g protein post workout.....

    i ate about every 3 - 4 hours....

my schedule is pretty free except work...where i have a refrigerator and a microwave...if that helps....

also im trying to quit smoking now hah.....if anyone has any tips....

    thanks!
