    Question about protein absorbtion

I heard youre body cant absorb more than about 50g of protein at a time but about how long should I wait before I eat some more. Sometimes I eat and go to the gym and then get a protein shake is that a waste of a protein shake? I have a really fast metabolism but I'm still not sure.

the body will digest whatever is placed in the GIT. how much of that protein is utilized depends on the current protein demands of your body. the more muscle mass that a person has and the more high intensity exercise that they partake in the more protein and nutrients in general their body needs and can utilize.

science and common sense tells us that a person that weighs 100 lbs and doesn't exercise doesn't need or can utilize as many nutrients as another at 200 lbs that does exercise.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
