If your serious about changing your eating habbits then you hours of work shouldn't get in the way. What typ of work do you do? Do you train?

I suggest planning your meals ahead of time and packing healthy meals to take with you to work. That's the best advice I can give without knowing a little more.

    Pre plan brother.

    Like Hunter said....work shouldn't matter.

If you forget to bring lunch takeout quickly becomes the only option. One that isn't good for your mental or physical health, no matter your goals.

Take out is the easier option but if your serious enough you'll make your food and bring it in.
