Questions on high protein/moderate fat/ low carb lifestyle
I have read all the articles and info on this lifestyle, I tried it a month ago, but made drastic change so body didn't responded well, alot of people/clients at my gym are/want to try it, but before I recommend it to a client, I want understand it completely.
Some questions are:
What is the % of p/f/c for eg: if a person is consuming 1600 cals, what will be the % of protein/fat/carbs?
If you lose weight and than want to maintain, should you increase protein or fat?
Should carbup be two days in a row, or it can be for eg: Sun/Wed?
Will carb up cause bloating and gases?
On carb up days do you decrease protein or fat, do you keep calories the same or increase?
Is this lifstyle for gaining muscle too?
After how long you evaulate the diet and increase food? or you keep it the same?
Reading books on this, hard cheese is recommeded, to make food more tasty, is cheese allowed, if its in the fat quota?
Which cheese is the highest in protein and is what cheese is the safest health/bodybuilding wise to comsume?
Is sour cream in this lifstyle recommeded (Dr.Atkins allows it)?
How much saturated fat is safe and sodium to consume?
