I only shop sporadically...the last time I went all out here's what I bought:

    Eggs
    Bananas
    Apples
    Tomatoes
    Peppers
    Yams
    Bagels
Cream cheese (yes, the real stuff...the nonfat tastes terrible)
BBQ Chicken (pre-cooked) to eat as soon as I got home
    Chicken Breast (to cook later)
    1% Milk
    Vector Cereal
    Flax Bread
Pasta (deli - also already cooked)
    Cheese

My problem is that I have no freezer! Therefore I end up buying a lot of stuff already made I can toss in the fridge for 3-4 days and heat up.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Tank!!! Mind if I grocery shop in your freezer? I'd love some of your wild game (LOL). I need to find me a man that hunts.

Damn Queen, where'd you find the Ezekiel bread? I can't find it anywhere. I can't even find a recipe for it.

It's hard to say exactly what I buy each week. Especially for meat cuz I buy in bulk so I only have to meat shop about once a month. 2 weeks ago I went on a huge spree cuz there was a great sale on at the grocery store.

    Bought:
20 racks of pork ribs - huge racks!!! Took up half my freezer!
    10 whole chickens
8 bulk pckgs of pork chops
    2sirloin roasts
    7 bulk pckgs chicken breasts
    3 whole salmons

This week there was another great meat sale so I bought:
    3 prime rib roasts
    12 prime rib steaks
    2 top sirloin roasts
    4bulk pckgs top sirloin steaks
    4 pork roasts

    Cupboard and fridge itinerary:
    tuna
    salmon
    soy protein
    PVL gold whey protein
    eggs, eggs, eggs
    apples, apples, apples,
    red grapes, bosc pears
    oranges, grapefruits, strawberries
oats, cracked wheat and flax, cream o wheat, kamut flakes, spelt cereal
all kinds of flours: whole wheat, spelt, quinoa, amaranth, corn meal, blue cornmeal...
    assorted cracked and whole grains
all sorts of veggies and chinese veggies
brown rice, arborio rice, princess blend rice: brown, wild, red and white, wild rice
    beans: soy, pinto, kidney...
flax oil, 5 blend oil, apple cider vinegar, peanut oil, olive oil, olive/canola oil, safflower/sunflower oil
    clarified butter
    almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts
    squashes, yams, potatoes
    and more...
and tonnes of toilet paper since there's 4 females in this house
    A chic on the move.
