    Lose the Gut

    Hey everyone,
hopefully winter is nearing its end where I am. On that note i have accumulated a lot of fat around my gut this winter. I am exercising everyday again and am back to a good diet, but I was wondering if there was anything else that I could do for some faster results? I have been on this for about a week. I know results don't happen overnight but I am still hopeful that i can get back to shape fast. Again any help is much appreciated. Thanks

You can ensure that you are actually taking appropriate steps to efficiently lose fat.

How many grams of fat, carbs, protein are you eating each day?

Also, the link in my signature has some information that'll get you going in the proper direction.
