Well, I don't eat a lot of whole eggs...I usually use two whole eggs, then the rest as egg white (egg beaters or something similar) mix 'em up with some diced ham and shredded fat free cheese in a bowl..pepper...and fry 'em and scramble 'em up...really good too..I do this about every morning..

OH how can I forget!!! I discovered a dish at a Japanese restaurant, bacially it had scrambled eggs with chicken and onions on top of some white rice with tempura dipping sauce.

I made my own version, it's very similar only I toned down the sauce, replaced the rice and took out some egg yolks.....

1 whole / 3 whites - Scrambled with sliced cooked chicken breast and onions. Placed on top of brown rice with a little tempura dipping sauce.

    hardboil 6 eggs.

slice them in half, length wise.

put a small piece of cheese on each piece.

nuke it till the cheese melts and eat.

oh yeah, you can season it with some paprika or black pepper. or use some tabasco sauce on it.

3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Add some salsa or L/F Spaghetti sauce. Put in some fat free cheese and nuke for 3.5 minutes. Yummy!

You can spice up bland eggs or whites with the usual salt and pepper. I also use a little garlic, thyme and basil. (Easy on the thyme.)

Yep it does you can make protein muffins, by using some protein powder mixed in as well, along with some sausage meat as the base.

Lunch-dinner- hard boiled or Two Eggs over hard with Turkey on whole grain toast, and, oh yeh, cheese
