    Arrow gainers and the s*****

    Alright so i gotta ask this and i feel like were all bro's here, so i have a personal one.

    how come EVERY time i drink a gainer i get the s****s, i cant stand it. i make my shakes just water and powder everytime and i've made switches but quick mass tastes pretty good so imma stick it out.

    Im just wondering, do any of you get the same thing? and if you do what are you doin to combat it, cuz i dont wanna race home everyday from the gym just to shit haha

    Weight gainers? As long as there are such things as 500 calorie pepperidge farm sourdough peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, olive oil shots, guacamole, pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers and their leaner special or homemade options... I will never have a need for weight gainers.
