Hi im Matt. I hve been training properly in the gym for 2 yrs now, i have put on about 3 stone since i started. I go to the gym 4/5 times a week. I am 5"9 and 75kg.
I have a question and it may sound stupid to some of you guys but just want to ask.......
I am currently 13% body fat and want to get down to about 10%, however i want to keep putting on muscle and keep my size. I am starting to think i need a boost and to keep putting muscle on. Is it possible to run Thermobol with Sci mentor Test X and creatine or will this cancel eachother out?
I suppose i am worried about losing a lot of weight as i used to be very skinny and small and i hated it and i guess i am just worried about losing muscle and size but i want to be able to see my abs and lose a bit of fat around my chest.
I am currently using only sci mentor premium whey protein and cell tech creatine.
Any comments or advice and guidence would be hugely appreciated,
You won't lose weight unless you under-eat and you will not gain muscle mass while you diet down to 10%. At best, you want to hold onto the muscle that you've already put on while you drop the fat.
Those supplements will not "cancel each other out" but I'll mention, from a financial perspective, you can go without the Test X and if you're interested in a thermogenic, ephedrine/caffeine will be a lot more cost effective than the Thermobol.
