Ground beef, any cut. Any meat that's on sale. Protein powder to boost your protein intake. Canned tuna and salmon when they're on sale. Eggs.

I'm a college student, cheap bulk all the way. Go to costco get eggs, milk, the large tuna can packages, oats, the tyson forzen chicken breasts are cheap too. For red meats, they usually have manager specials on meat that has a little bit of browning.

It's not too bad if you look for sales. I've got a considerable amount of canned fish stocked up. Things like oats and eggs are not too bad and I look for lean cuts of meat on sale and if I can't get a lean cut I take what I can get.

I don't know what your budget is like, but you can find many good deals on bulk amounts of different kinds of meat on the internet. I purchase most of the bison meat I eat for a lot less on line then in the stores. Good luck.

I go to Costco, but I also have a restaurant/grocery store/bakery overstock place that's the bomb. 50lb bags of oats for $16 - great for granola.....Also carry frozen meats by the 40lb case......

I don't eat bread anymore, but we have a great bread company with whole grains, sprouted wheat breads that I can pick up for 50 cents a loaf - same bread from Costco is around $8 for two loaves.

Ground beef, large size cans of tuna, chicken, eggs, bulk fresh veggies, and frozen berries are all Costco items for us, when we aren't raising our own.

I think you can find numerous good agreements on bulk allowances of distinct types of beef on the internet. I buy most of the bison beef I consume for many less on line then in the stores.

My weekly store visit usually results in: Eggs, meat on sale, fresh vegs on sale (salad type stuff, primarily tomatoes and cucumber), oats, 4L milk, nuts/seeds (sunflower, walnuts), raisins.

Its super plain, but its cheap if you buy whats seasonal and on sale. I always buy 4-6 whole chickens when theyre on sale - under $5 per. I am awaiting a tuna sale, its pissing me off that none have come about yet this season. Jonesing for some, badly.

Yea, ground turkey I like to pick up as well. But, since it has been more popular, the price has gone up a bit. I can't stand ground chicken, it seems like they get a lot more shit ground into it, you get random join knuckles and such. I can grill up a bunch of turkey burgers and eat for a few days off that. I have also frozen them before, not so bad either.
