    Lending my thoughts

Ok i decided to write this because maybe there are some people out there that are in the same boat I was, maybe not, but oh well. After a year or so training and eating whatever i wanted, meaning pizza and beer pretty often, i finally dialed in my nutrition (somewhat) and made better gains. I KNOW how to eat right and i would set my diet up and post it on the fridge, cook my food twice a week and eat right. Atleast i thought I was.....Now, I work two labor intensive jobs AS WELL I have a super fast metabolism. With that in mind, i would venture to say that 3 or 4 days out of the week i would skip a meal or two for that day and eat subway or some fattening shit somebody cooked or whatever the hell and I would say to myself "fuck it, your metabolism is a furnace" then i would get some extra fat and attribute it to the high carb intake in my diet. Well, i did that for a LONG time. More recently I have eaten ONLY what is part of my diet plan and nothing else, even cut out the diet cokes and shit and am drinking strictly water (other than milk of course) and I am lookng so much better. One major point I am trying to make is the fact that I thought i could eat whatever I wanted SOMETIMES, BUT i wasnt hitting my macros for the day, whether it be I was eating too much or not enough so my body didnt know what the hell was going on. SO IN CLOSING, make a diet plan and FUCKING STICK TO IT AND DONT EAT BULLSHIT THINKING IT WONT AFFECT YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE A METABOLISM AS FAST AS A SPEEDING BULLET!! thanks guys

ManInBlack, you make a very good point. There are so many people that come to mind after reading this. It reminds me of those females who have a small build and never think it will catch up to them. Until one day they are 400 pounds looking in the mirror thinking "What happened?"
