    Steak temperature????

Ok, so one of my favorite things in the world is a 7oz. Filet cooked medium-rare with grilled asparagus.

Since I am really getting serious about my health and changing my body, should I change the "doneness" of my steaks?

Yes. In order to make yourself healthier, you should cook your steak rare in order to avoid the dreaded "shoe-leather" aftertaste.

LOL, ok so it was a bit of a stupid question. But, to my credit, the reason for asking was good
