Hey everyone I'm new here I joined because I'm looking for help. I've been doing research for a while now about different diets, supplement, and workouts but I want to get help from people who really know what there doing. Ok so I'm a junior in high school playing football I workout and run 4 times a week with the team we have about a 45 min workout and about 30 min of cardio. I weight 242 and I'm 6"2 my goal is to burn fat but gain muscle I wanna drop to about 225 in order to get ready for the season. What should my diet be like ?? What supplements do I take besides protein shakes? I was on kre alKaline ?for a while and didn't see to many results. There's not much I can do about changing my workout because my coach thinks he has the best workout in the world ( he has ego problems) i was doing crossfit 6 days a week and noticed I was losing alot of weaight but my coach said for me to stop doing it . Last season I suffered an injury where I tore my meniscus completely off and required surgery so I can't do alot of lower body and cardio Should I be taking a prohormone alot of my teammates do. What should my diet be like?

    Thanks in advance
