    Calories per day

How much calories should I eat per day... I know you lot are f*cking huge and I cant eat 7 meals per day at 17000 calories per meal.

Recommended adult should have 2500 a day but I wanna be f*cking massive, so I can kick some ass.....

Im at 10 stone now, is there a sum of how many calories you should have per body weight?

At the moment I have 4 weetabix for brekky right then I have say a few sandwiches for dinner maybe a choccy bar, then for tea ill have like Mince Beef pie and peas then ill have a protein shake before I go to bed. Is this enough?

I bulk at about 24x my body weight. IE I weigh 160 pounds (11.5 stone) and I try to get about 3600-4000 calories a day. You don't need to eat much more than 1.5g of protein per pound of weight. I get about 230 g protein. try to eat a bunch of small stuff through out the day. I eat about 6 times a day but not something huge.
