Good meal to eat while bulking

I used 1.5 pounds of chicken, stir fry beef, and hot Italian saugage, two whole yellow pepper, some spinach, an onion half a clove of garlic and 2 pounds of pasta.

I marinated my chicken and beef in some Caribbean sauce I got from the store. It was lime cilantro and chili and I'm sure some high fructose corn syrup (oh well). The sausage I just cooked up by it self.

I stir fried all the veggies in olive oil and added a little salt and pepper. I cut up half the clove of garlic and put it in the chicken and beef.

Im not sure how many calories it has in it, but I'm willing to bet it's a lot if you eat a fair portion of it. Maybe like 800-900 per serving if you eat about a half pound of meat and a two cups of cooked pasta at a time. Probably use a good 7 or 8 TBSP of olive oil on the veggies, and I put a little on the pasta so it doesn't stick together after it's refrigerated.

If you're cutting and you want to try this just replace all the meat with plain boiled turkey breast and the rest of the good stuff with plain sweet potatoes
