    Need help with diet

I am about 160 pounds and 18% body fat. I would like to decrease my body fat while increasing muscle, if that is possible. I work out Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and do HIIT cardio Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So I am doing some sort of activity every day. My work outs last about 30 mins to an hour and my HIIT cardio lasts about 22 minutes. I just need help understanding what to eat and what not to eat, how many carbs/protein/fats to eat, how many calories to take in. If someone could help me with make a meal plan, including proportion sizes, that would be awesome. I am not looking to lose weight, just body fat if that is possible.
