Need Help, Toning up & Losing Weight for the Summer!!

Hi! After years of struggling with my weight and eating habits, I have finally started to develop a good relationship with food and the weight is finally starting to come off slowly but surely I really want to get back into an exercise routine so I can attempt to get a half decent body, in time for the summer and for that I know the diet has to be right which is what I struggle on, especially being a fussy pescetarian lol Anyway, I was basically hoping someone could help me configure a successful diet and workout plan, which would help me lose weight steadily but combined with the exercise tone me up as well

I'm not doing much exercise wise, just walking mainly. I used to do a lot of weight training and cardio at home but not so much anymore, as for my diet like I said I have no clue what I'm doing and I don't understand calorie counting and all that comes with it but since Christmas I have managed to lose 11 pounds my diet for an average day would go something like this

Breakfast - Half tin of Spaghetti, 2 pieces of weight watchers thick sliced wholemeal bread and 2 quorn sausages - Sometimes I may have scrambled eggs but all this is made in the microwave I'd also have a coffee
Lunch - 2 slices of weight watchers thick sliced wholemeal bread, with Philadelphia and salad. I wouldn't always eat lunch, depending on how late I ate breakfast. I'd also have another coffee
Dinner - Fish, Salad with low fat dressing and low fat chips made with fry light in the oven. Followed by another coffee

I don't usually snack throughout the day and my meals are always small as I don't have a big appetite.

My goals I guess, would be to get a better diet, lose around 22 pounds and tone up in time for the summer of course

    Thanks

Put in a whole day of what you've been typically eating.

Breakfast - Half tin of Spaghetti, 2 pieces of weight watchers thick sliced wholemeal bread and 2 quorn sausages - Sometimes I may have scrambled eggs but all this is made in the microwave I'd also have a coffee with 3 sweeteners and skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 slices of weight watchers thick sliced wholemeal bread, with Philadelphia and salad. I wouldn't always eat lunch, depending on how late I ate breakfast. I'd also have another coffee
Dinner - Fish, Salad with low fat dressing and potatoes in the oven with fry light spray

Yeah, I don't actually care about your food choices. I want the numbers for an entire day.

    Thanks.
