I am currently on a bulk. I'm 5'11 198 at 10% BF. Could someone take a look at this and provide some improvement? The typical diet is below, macros are kept constant or close to that number.
Jim, others may disagree, and ill admit im no expert but id say if you are wanting to bulk then you should get more carbs. i mean you are a good size already so id say up the carbs to atleast 500 grams, protein closer to 300g and fats should be lower than what you have
I forgot to add that I use 1% milk to cook my oats. I think that brings my carb and protein totals closer to 400/300. I've been putting on close to 2-3 lbs per week which seems like alot. And I'm not sure how much is from water from the increased carb intake.

On my past bulks I went with lower fat intake. But I decided to try and raise it. I saw it in other logs and hear its a good secondary energy source next to carbs?
That's quite a bit of protein, I'd go with maybe 280-300 grams with your LBM. Up the carbs if you still need 4600 calories, but that seems like a lot, are you on cycle?
The weight gain was similar before the cycle however. I just started using fit day. Before I was just recording my macros. I'll get a more accurate calorie count posted on here by tomm.
