I really like the taste and potential health benefits. It's not a miracle but it certainly isn't going to hurt taking them. I like the fact of having the additional vitamins that your body can actually absorb unlike most vitamin pills where you piss out 75% of them.

taste great and will give more energy then any coffee, red bull or monster.
