    Accu-Measure 3000

I tried my best to find the right place to post this, so sorry if this should be in training.

Anyways, i just got me a pair of these, been waiting 3 weeks for them to be in stock at a local GNC.

How should i go about testing my BF? My brother will be doing the pinchings, however how many sites should i pinch?

Should i use bodybuilding.com's site for the test? This is what they do:

Bodybuilding.com - Calipers: Are They Effective For Measuring Body-fat?

If you scroll down you'll find they want you to check your abdomen, chest, and thigh, then input it into a calculator.

Should i use that one or another? Any links would be great )

Mine came with an instruction manual as well but only tells you to measure that one point. Also it doesn't have an age group for 16-18.

    Any suggestions?
