    Tuna Salad Cups

    Hey guys,

Here is a Chicken of the Sea product nutrition I stumbled upon recently, Tuna Salad Cups

It makes an excellent snack with brown bread, tomatoes, and also makes tuna more palatable (I just cannot get it in raw). However, it is a "shelf" product so am worried about preservatives and the how frequently it can be used it.

    Any thoughts?

i wouldnt worry about preservatives. million of bodybuilder use caned tuna a a source of there weekly protein. in terms of mercury, the cdc says 3-5 cans a week is fine. others say no more than 3 cans a week. i have eaten way more than that in a week and have been fine. guess i all depends on you. tuna salad cups prob have more preservatives so you should just get canned tuna and make your own home made tuna salads with quality ingrediants.

You'll find it in Kroger aisle 2 or 3, which is where one gets the canned meat products too.
