    Muscle milk light

Not the greatest thing ever but a pretty decent rtd. If you live in the tri state area, check out fairway market, .99 per botttle of vanilla, reg or light. I just got a case for 12 bucks. Its normally 25-35

Just picked some regular up on amazon for 37 shipped(5lbs).

I was just plain tired of my other protein and needed something else. Full time student and always on the run. No time to cook most of the time and too cheap to eat out daily.

I like this stuff and might switch over when Im out of my isolate just because it tastes good, easy to buy, LACTOSE FREE(this is the kicker). Extra calories are fine since im always on the run and dont really eat a regular meal for breakfast or lunch.

I don't really care for it. It's about three bucks a bottle here and the new RTD bottles are smaller than the old boxes they used to come in and they are the same price. I think muscle milk is a rip-off, but if I did see it for a dollar I might buy it...

Muscle milk light helps in weight management. This provides the same high-quality, sustained release protein blend consisting of casein & whey.

If you really want to achieve a healthy body, you really need to exercise and of course have good eating habits..

You might also try paleolithic diet..Do you have any idea on this dietary regimen?

What are you talking about. Muscle milk heavy could work with weight management too then. The only thing that really works is not shoving more calories in your mouth than you burn.

Muscle milk tastes good too. Weird that they use the word milk though, not a drop in it.

Yeah whoever came up with the name is creative though. Milk is good for your bones. This milk is good for your muscles, even though its not milk.

That, and muscle building goo was already taken

lol @ saying "drink muscle milk" (dairy) then going on to say to go on a Paleo diet (which is against dairy).
